An Invitation to Soul Rejuvenation and Relationship Strengthening
Welcome to Soul Spa Seattle!
I invite you to experience creativity, nurturing, encouragement, and insight into yourself and your life’s path, with some good work and gentle humor along the way. I am open and affirming to any and all people/couples who wish to strengthen their relationships.
Whether you are here for individual or couples counseling, spiritual direction using the arts, pre-marital/marital enrichment counseling using Prepare-Enrich, or Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI) work, you will be embraced by a holistic approach that fosters your natural strengths and gives you tools for the journey onward.
Here at Soul Spa Seattle, we also have special support for clergy and those who are struggling with infertility and are on a fertility journey. We welcome you and hope you find comfort in knowing you are not alone.
Who Comes to Soul Spa?
I am open to anyone who is looking for a place to do serious, engaging work on themselves.

Those who are interested in gaining insight through the MARI, which uses mandalas and archetypal symbols to help provide a snapshot of the psyche in order to have deeper understanding of the self.

There will be a presentation with selected readings from the book, a panel discussion with the author, illustrator, and publisher, and a book signing. We will close our celebration with a beautiful Compline Prayer Service in the gorgeous Thomsen Chapel featuring the St. Mark’s Women’s Compline Choir singing selections of Hildegard of Bingen’s music and the author officiating the service. It is going to be a remarkable evening–full of viriditas!
